Shall Never See Death

Jesus said, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my sayings, he shall never see death." I think about Moses (St. John 8:51). He died, left his body, and did not see death. (Matt. 17: 1) After six days Jesus took with him Peter, James and John the brother of James, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart. 2 And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light. 3 And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him.

Then I think about Elijah. He went to heaven on a chariot. (2 Kings 2:11) And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.

Revelation tells us that we shall not all sleep. (1 Corinthians 15:51) Behold, I shew you a mystery;  We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Some of us will be absent from our bodies and present with the Lord. Our bodies will be buried. Some of us will be alive when Jesus comes again.
