Shirley Caesar is not only a great gospel singer, but she is a great story teller. She sings in a way that you can learn about God and life. Shirley sings warning and how we need to beware of what's happening in our lives and in our families and in our world. God is taking some of our family members and sometimes the ones that do not seem to deserve to die so young. He's taking the ones that keep family members together, and the ones that teach us about God. It seems the good die young right with the old. My mother died young, but I don't have any regrets. My mother and I were close, and I miss her so bad. If you are not close to your parents or loved ones, get close to them while you can. Tell them that you love them because you will never know when God might take them home. It might be you that he decide to take. We don't know who is going to go first. Shirley Caesar sings a song titled, "Faded Rose". The message that I hear in the song is wake up before it's too late. Though the song was sad, Shirley has a way of making you listen anyway.
